Cancellation policy for rental services
Cancellations more than 15 days prior to arrival date: full refund
Cancellations between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival date: 50% refund will be done
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival date: full amount to be charge
In case of no-show: full amount will be charged.
Cancellations due to force majeure: full refund will be given.
If at the moment of the delivery of the scooter or car the guest will not be able to drive it, the scooter or car will not be given and the full amount will be charged.
